ZumoDrive 0.987 Beta Release
Hey guys! We have decided to release a beta build of the upcoming update to ZumoDrive. It would be great to hear from all our users what they think about this new release. There are plenty of bug fixes that should solve a lot of the issues we’ve been hearing about. Here is the list:
New Changes

New ZumoDrive setup wizard for new installs.

Resolved various iTunes playlist syncing issues.

Resolved issue where client occasionally uses too much CPU.
Folder Linking 1.5

Linked folders in Z:\Linked Folders (Win) or ZumoDrive/Linked Folders (Mac) are now shortcuts to its original location.

Currently linked folders and previously linked folder can now be deleted. (Lots of users waiting for this fix. Thanks for your patience!

Resolved issue that caused ZumoDrive to go into a bad state or crash if a folder is linked then quickly unlinked.

Empty folders can now be linked.

Improved overall folder linking feature error handling and recovery.
Windows Only

Fixed issue that causes Windows context menu and icon overlays to stop working. (This one requires a reboot.)

Resolved the issue where Windows Explorer window sometimes freezes while a file is being streamed.

Improved Windows icon overlay performance.
Mac Only

Resolved issue that causes icon overlays for linked folders to sometimes disappear.

Fixed the issue of missing context menus for older Macs with 32-bit processors running Snow Leopard.

Resolved an issue with linking iPhoto library.

Resolved an issue with linking iTunes music library.
If you try this build out, please keep in mind that it is a beta build. There are still issues that we working on. We recommend backing up your ZumoDrive data prior to installing it as a precaution. Please send any issues you experience and feedback to: support@zumodrive.com
