ZumoDrive Contest Winners - Finale!

Now the moment you’ve all been waiting for.  Who came in first in the ZumoDrive Interesting Use Case Contest?  We are proud to present:

David Meredith!

David is a school teacher who uses ZumoDrive to sync his classroom data files between his home and school PCs.  By doing this he is able to work from school or home without having to use a USB drive, or burn a CD.  But this isn’t what won the contest for him since it’s a pretty standard use case.  I remember when I was in school (yes, I’m old), and the network would go down.  Back then, when this happened, we could sit around and do nothing.  Teachers couldn’t get their email or their files.  Class would just come to a grinding halt until the network came back up.  Unfortunately for David’s students, he starts up ZumoDrive on his iPhone and class continues.  He even goes as far as to hook up his iPhone to a projector in order to view PowerPoint presentations.  We liked how David uses ZumoDrive not only to backup and sync his files, but how it also functions as a backup for classroom operations.

Congratulations David!  We have added 25GB to your account.  I’m just glad iPhones and ZumoDrive didn’t exist when I was in school.  :P

My zumodrive is incorrectly reporting that it is full. I cannot find a way to reset it. I have searched the site for a support link and cannot find even a hint of one. I hate that it is required to sign up for some bullshit blog service to just try to find help with my account.
